Any suggetions on removing the pivot bolt on a rear trailing arm? The other arm came off fine, but this one seems to be wedged in there pretty good. Didn't know if anybody had a trick to getting it out.

Remove the shims use a haxsaw and from the inside cut the bolt in half , or you could try heating it ,I would just cut it out and use new bolts.............good luck no fun

I used a sawsall on mine. I had the same problem. Buy a couple of blades for high carbon steel or hardened steel. Be patient, it'll come out.

The bolt is rusted (frozen) to the steel sleeve inside the bushing; once you get it out and replace it, use anti-seize on the new bolt so you won't have to go through the Sawzall exercise next time.
