Removing shoe scuffs on door panel

Probably just 3M General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner if it is a painted part. Is it a painted part? If not, is the part soft plastic, hard plastic, colored?

From your post I am assuming that it is a Red Painted Part. If that is the case the 3M GPAC will do the trick. Wax afterward.
