Replacement Door Panel

I am replacing the door panels of my 69 coupe that were water damaged. What is the best way to cut the holes for the window crank and door pull cleanly?

Thanks.

On mine (Al Knoch Interiors), the holes for the pulls were pretty much already located with a small guide hole already there. Just had to open them a tad with a sharp hobby knife. The window crank hole is a little more trouble but what I did was start small and work outward with the knife. The window crank bezel will cover the hole regardless so the hole didn't need to be clean and crisp but positioning the bezel is a bit more critical. I still need to locate the holes for the finishing screws at the top front and rear, but an appropriate size drill bit should do the trick as the position is predetermined by the plastic back panel. Wish me luck ...
