Its happened again! just last year when I was fixing my clutch hydrolics, I couldnt get a replacement slave cylinder that was right, (except GM) the threads were incorrect for the Hydrolic lines. Same thing with the backup light switch, now, in the midst of replacing the power brake booster, and the master cylinder, same thing, brake lines wont thread. I figured factory rebuilt, shoud be no problem, this is just so frustrating. Back to Car Quest tomorrow!
