Replacement Seat Belts in a 76

The seatbelt retractors in my 76 are rotted. The bottom of the well that they sit in were also rotted. The floor was replaced before I got the car and I do not trust the replacement welding to hold up in a crash. I looked at an 82 and the belt mounts to the side frame rails next to the seat instead of in a well under the seat. Also the newer belts have a single retractor instead of the dual retractors used in 76.
I am looking to buy a replacement 3 point belt but am not sure of where to anchor the bottom to.
It looks lik the original mount on the B piller is good for the shoulder or even mounting the retractor over the wheel well like the original.
Has anyone done this before.
Any thoughts are appreciated.

I have a similar problem with my 76 and the rotted floor. Was thinking of changing to a simple set of lap belts, but am not sure how to anchor them. I believe the 76 was the first year with this type of floor, so there must be another way to anchor the belts similar to what must have been done prior to 76. My guess is these (original) belts are not much good anyway after 27 years of use and abuse.
