Has anyone replaced their convertible soft top? If so, what Vender and brand of top did you use, the ones Ive looked at are Kwiktops on ebay which uses the Hartz stayfast canvas and made by Acme, the other is topsonline.com which is also on ebay and uses the same material and is made by E-Z on. I looked at midamerica and besides being either low on stock or out of stock, it doesnt mention a warranty which the others say fiver years and mid america is about 50 or 60 dollars more. Just looking for suggestions and past experiences and opinions.

Almost everyone I talked to felt it was not a job for amatures if you were pickey about how you wanted it done.

I'm driving to Carlisle tomorrow to have Al Knock put a new one on my '92. When I found out I could get it done there, I looked no further. Tell you how it turns out in a couple of days.

Well I had it done. I coudn't be more pleased. Dale Robertson and his crew went the extra mile with me. I highly recomend them

Thats Great. I looked on Alknoch's web site and called them for a price, they said $500.00 for the top but I need someone in Indiana to put it on. I dont have much confidence in our local guy who everyone recomends but the people he's done tops for.

Crank her up and come to Carlisle in August. Get them to do it there. It's an easy drive from Indiana. I would call them right now to reserve a time. Ask for Dale Robertson. Best of all you have a "real" reason for coming to Carlisle:D
