Is there a dryer or accumulator or any filters? Someone is advertising an accumulator eliminator. If so, should I replace them? Thanks Ralph

If you're doing the AC compressor, you should also replace the orifice tube / expansion valve. It's a cheap part <$5 the last time i bought one.

If you want to go all out, you should also flush the system.

Replace the o-rings.

Check on the high and low pressure hoses. If they are cracked, then you should replace them as well.

After you get everything put back together, pull a vacuum on the system, seal it up, and let it sit overnight. If the system is still in a vacuum in the morning, then there are no leaks.
