Does any one know how to remove and replace a door skin on a '82.
What tools are needed to remove the skin and to re attach it.

Ugly job - you'll have to chisel through the bond joint between the inner and outer panel (putty knife, hammer, etc.) to separate them. The really hard part is properly locating the new outer skin to the old inner panel so the door will fit the opening without exceeding the available adjustments when you go to re-attach it and fit it. Measure the inner-to-outer relationship and make templates at several key points before you separate the panels so you can fit the new skin to the inner correctly the first time and bond them together. It's a lot easier to go get a used door.
