Replacing Drivers seat leather/foam

Hi,

I have and 02 convertable and the drivers seat is getting a little worn. Is it difficult to replace the leather and foam? Any help would be appreciated.

I recently replaced the driver sport seat seatback leather cover and foam on a friend's 1999 Corvette coupe - it was very, very easy.

This is a very easy thing to do, I replaced the foam and skins on my 98 coupe. It took my wife and me about 5 hours to do both seats, just take your time.
