Replacing the seat adjuster assembly

Both my seats are now rocking chairs!

I have searced the Net and have not been able to find any instructions or directions for replacing the seat adjuster assembly. How hard is it and does anyone have any suggestions or pointers?

Glad that it helped. I had forgotten that my seats were rocking at a certain point in time.....
