Rf Modualted Cd Changer Wiring

I have a 1987 coupe that I recently had the power brake booster repalced. Yesterday I noted that cd changer no longer powers on. Upon inspection of the wiring under the dash, I found a yellow wire with what appears to be a power clip on it just laying unattached. Additionally that same yellow went through the firewall into the engine compartment where it used to have an inline fuse attached terminated into a fuse pod.

Before I just connect the wire, can anyone provide information on how to wire the SONY RF cd changer? The only connections to the cd changer are RCA connectors and the hard wire control panel up on the front my dash?
