Rick Mears Edition Corvette

I had nearly forgotten about these beauties but tonite at an NCRS get-together I remembered the Rick Mears Corvette from way back. I came home and scoured my books and can't find a pic anywhere. If anyone has one, I'd love to see it. And for anyone thinking "great, another cheesy ground effects package," this one was designed by none other than Mr Split-Window himself, Larry Shinoda.

I've decided now that Kelly wants a white Rick Mears ragtop.

It shows a lot of detail and you are more than welcome to scan it or whatever - Remind me

There is a Vette shop in Atlanta that still has one of the kits..

You may be right.. at any rate it seems there are a few kits still around..

The last detail bought the rights to all of the left over stuff,The molds and the rest of the stock.TLD stores it at Norms Corvette collision in Stone Mt..I used to do some work for Norm and that place is packed with Shinoda kits.
