A member on the Corvette Forum just did this install. Most of the advice there was to not even try this addition as it requires shocks, actuators, controller (processor) and a whole lot of wiring.
New shocks will be around $200 each
Actuators are about $150 each
Controller around $400 including chip with factory settings
You would need a wiring harness from a donor car (salvage yard).
The CCM in your car may even need to be changed as I believe it handles the FX3 diagnostics. The ECM should be OK.
I have FX3 on my 92 roadster and I really like it. Makes autocross and track days much more fun! The FX3 option from the factory costs almost $1700 so this is not a cheap deal.
The guy who did the conversion apparently got everything working OK, but I don't recall how long the install took. He did it himself so saved on labor. I wouldn't even want to guess what labor costs would be if you weren't going to DIY.
(Just noticed in your sig that you're an ASE tech. The guy on the CF was a DIY'er type so you would clearly be in a better position to understand the problems involved in this type of upgrade. Of course it would help if you get parts at a great deal too!!)
If you are after serious suspension upgrades, you may want to consider a full coil-over suspension. Much more adjustability and does away with the factory leaf springs. The price may be close to the same but it is a fairly straightforward install in your garage.
