My 99 FRC has red calipers and I'm looking for tips on how to clean these, other than taking the wheel off, which I've done once already. Backing the car up to get the to clear is a pain.

It's also hard to clean the inside of the rim. When I first got the car I removed all the wheels and cleande the rims on the inside. It really makes a difference. Problem is the thick spokes of the 99 style rims really prevents me from getting my hands in there. Well, that and the rotors. Some kind of detailing brush that will reach in there?

I use a cone shaped brush from Griot's Garage to clean the "barrels" of the wheels (is that the right term??) and find it does a pretty good job. We have red calipers on both the '96 and the '02, and I use a detailing brush on them, as well as a soft toothbrush.
