Help! rubber bladder

How do i remove the rubber bladder material out of my 1987 gas tank ? The stuff has come loose from the inside of the gas tank . Tank is full of rust also . I put in evapo-rust and some of it has come loose . How about acetone ? Then clean it out with simple green ?

I did a Jeep gas tank with aquarium gravel and soapy water.

I put 2 filters in-line, one see-through, and it was still clear as a bell after a week, except a few tiny particles...

and I put in some kerosene immediately afterwards, to retard oxidation till it got gasoline...
