Or if you can, it may be hard, you can pop the hood up and squeese your hand at the lower end and reach the bulb. That is what I did. It was not that hard, but you have to be able to get your hand and arm in there. You need some flexability.
 
Access to running lamps

I have also seen a mechanic reach in throught the brake cooling duct, move it aside from the outside, do whatever is necessary, then reposition the duct. This was for a side marker light, however.
 
Many thanks to all that replied. Due to my size, I discovered my only option was to use ZR-1's method, which worked fine. Again, I do appreciate the responses.
