Running straight cats on 1991 Roadster??

Is anyone running straight cats on their 1991 Roadster??? I wondered what the pros & cons would be to this mod??

Do you mean Straight pipes or straight through a cat (like it was "punched out"?)
Since you have a roadster, more than likely, you have a 2 series gear and the "drone" would be very annoying in the mid range (esp w/ the top down). You may be better off replacing your main cat with a high flow one from Random Technologies and eliminate the "precats" in the front y pipe - see Mid America catalog for that part.
FWIW, a new high flow cat is generally w/in 1 hp of no cats on most cars...
