frame was sandblasted and still have some sand inside the frame rails..body is back on....should i just blow it out as best i can?...any tricks to it?....also, what paint to use...por 15 and eastwood's rust encapsulator look good...anyone use either?....spray it with some sort of long nozzle or just slop it in?...if a long flexible nozzle, where can you get one?....thanks...

If you had the body off...I am surprised you didn't have it powdercoated. I would think washing it out with a garden hose would do the trick for you.

Yep...that's the way....but truly I'm surprised that this wasn't done with the body off.....why should one not do it then ?

The inside ususally doesn't get blasted....so you need to think about what you want to put inside.....

...I propose this stuff: http://mike.british-cars.de/english.htm

That stuff has one about every possible test. It needs to be blown into the frame with approx 100 degrees Celsius....and you'll need some 4 kgs.
