Anyone have any experience using a product called "S100" on their Vette. It's made for use on Harley Davidson's and other bikes..........Lucky

Yes, I use S100 on a regular basis. S100 and P21S are considered "sister" waxes, with the only difference being that S100 typically costs $15.00 per jar and the P21S sells for $25.00 per jar. Many feel that they are indeed the same wax in different jars.

The S100 is marketed toward the biker crowd, while the P21S is marketed toward the automobile crowd. Both waxes are well respected, easy to work with and produce a very nice finish. :)

RubyDropTop.....I've got LiquidGlass on there now..Do I have to strip/wash it off if I want to use the S100?

No, you do not need to remove the Liquid Glass prior to applying the S100. Keep in mind that a "pure" wax (such as S100) is always applied last. A wax should serve as the finishing product, and a sealant/glaze/polish, etc. is something that is used under the wax.

Liquid Glass is considered a sealant, so it is fine to wax over that. Also keep in mind that you cannot apply Liquid Glass over the S100, so be sure that you are pleased with the look of the Liquid Glass before you go over it....otherwise you will have to strip the S100 if you decide you would like to apply more Liquid Glass. Make sense?
