Are those the lexan type, or do they have the fiberglass outer band?

The see thru part is not surrounded by fiberglass, they are some sort of Lexan or acrylic. The outer band is black color, the see thru part is blue/green (aqua color). I have more pix, cant figure out how to load 'em here, if anyone is interested I can email the pics.
My car has been sold, these are taking up space. anybody can make me a fair offer.
I also have a custom fit tan cloth C3 car cover @ $75. It is a dust cover, good quality, for indoor use (not weatherproof)
