Scratched roof panel

Is there any good method of removing spider web type scratches from a transparent roof panel? Mine has quite a few scratches from cleaning I guess(just bought the top used). I see some places carry kits for glass but what about a roof panel? Or would it be better to take it to a glass shop?

Hey,I have those scratches on my roof top also and they dont buff out.And actually they arent scratches.I call them sun scratches.I work on commercial aircraft and I noticed that the windows on the planes get the same way.The "scratches srent on the surface they are inside the plastic somehow.I would just live with it for now.
