seat problem

Hello everyone. I have a problem with my driver seat. The up and down does not work. All other functions of the 6-way seat work. Any insight would be great. It's stuck at the lowest height and I need to raise it up somehow. Trying to avoid an expensive fix. Thank you.

I have 13K miles on my 2003, and have the near same problem. Took it to the dealership, They said it was lubed and reinstalled, but if it keeps acting up, it going to need new track assemblies? Glad I got GMPP
