Is there a difference in the bottom seat cover (interior color leather) from the driver and passenger seats? Will the passenger fit on the drivers side foam?

No difference, as I remember it.

Seat bottoms and backs are interchangable with either seat. The frames however are not.

The seat cushions are interchangable side to side and the seat frame backs are as well....but the seat bottoms are not. The seat rails are not either.

Yeah, just pop that bottom or top cushion from one to the other.
