security dash light

Every once in a while my Security light stays on.Anybody know whats up with that?

Not sure if you mean it doesnt blink when you shut it off and then later does ? (The system waits to arm itself)

Only think I found in the manual was sstatement that said "if the security light comes on and remains steady you may have a problem with your security system" (wonder how much they paid the guy who wrote that section otfl)

When I get in the car and start it and drive away the light is still on.Other times it go's outI guess as this cars age things go south!2002 vette with 80k.Guess I'll live with it!ad
