Service Bulletins

I found a great list of service bulletins for the C-4's by year. They are located at http://home.fuse.net/c4. There is just a summary of the information. With the bulletin number where can a person get the full text of the bulletin. The dealership???? Another web page???? Any help would be appreciated.
