Question: Servo Vacuum Check

As the fellow said in Independence Day I am back. Yep another cruise issue what I would like to have someone do is to put a vacuum Gage on the brake dump side of the servo and drive their car and set the cruise. You would have to have enough vacuum hose to get the Gage in the car so you can see it. On my servo I have good vacuum going in but do not have vacuum on the brake dump when I try to set the cruise. I think this procedure should show if there is vacuum on the brake dump side of the servo.

If you do try this be aware that the only way to disengage the cruise is to turn it off on the cruise stalk so use an empty road to attempt this.

I am hoping that this will eliminate the need to tear in to the dash to check the CCM.
