Just recently changed the yokes in the rear end. Also removed the left traveling arm, and had new bearings installed. In addition, installed new adjustable wheel alignment rods for the rear wheels. I went through a set of new Dunlap tires in 10,000 miles, due poor alignment, and could not adjust due to bearing wear in the left wheel. Any suggestions on brand of tire that will give good wear without the high price. I'll most likely be buying the tires next week, once the exhaust is back on.

Check out tirerack.com

and look over the brands and/or sizes that you are looking for. Then sort by price, and read the reviews/comments for each tire. It goes a long way to helping you formulate a good decision.
I have heard that the Sumitomo tires are great for the price. (I can get 315/35/17s for about $150 a tire. Much less than the $350+ Pilot Sports - even though they are a great tire as I have them on it now.) ---- Check out the deals and hopefully you will have some good luck. I don't run 225s so I don't have any personal experience but I think that tirerack.com can point in the right direction.
