Shark shoulder belt stiffle seat swap!

My 71 Shark is in need of new seat skins and its equipped with the thru-the-seat shoulder belts. My question is; what's the trick to getting the belts to pass through the seat back so I can remove the seats from the car?? :confused ;help

Use a hair dryer to remove the plastic cover (heat it and it will pull right off) from the end of the belt and it will slip right through.
