Shifting Problems...need Help!

Ever try to shift a Ferrari?

I use my c6 as a daily driver and in city traffic, when stopped at a light, it will often not shift into first gear after I have taken it out of gear at the light...anyone having that problem??...I talked to the engineer at GM and quite a few of c6 owners have expressed this problem.

The engineer said the car was designed that way...essentially to always stay in gear.

Any suggestions??

Mine does it once in awhile but that is normal. When it happens I just lift the clutch, depress again and it slips into 1st easily. A work around if you want one is to engage 1st as you slow down for the light and just depress the clutch while you wait for the light to change while keeping it in first.
