Shock absorber opinions-experience

It is time to install new shocks on the 90. Would like input on a couple options.
Monroe Sensa-Trac and the Monroe Gas-Matic .
I understand the Sensa-Trac, how it works etc. How well do they work on the
Corvette? Same question for the Gas-Matic. Any preferences and why.

KBY shocks are they any good are they worth the extra money?

What are your experiences with ride quality and handling ?
What are the trade offs?

I installed KYB's a few months ago and I am happy with them. Also replaced the tires at the same time and it rides like brand new now. I would not go with anything less than the KYB's.
