Hello. I need a little help. When I go over a dip in the road the car squeaks. It doesn't do it if I go over railroad tracks, etc. It just seems to happen when I am going over a dip. It sounds like the whole car is squeaking. I took a guy from the Corvette Dallas shop, and of course it didn't do it. Any ideas.

Thanks,
Tracy

Does anyone have any idea what this problem could be? I think maybe new shocks or struts. Just a chick who needs a little help with this one. I had the rear sway bars replaced. I am not extremely mechanically inclined. Any help would really be appreciated.

Thanks,
Tracy

I will give my O2 , I believe it is the bushings holding your springs it place , you only have 2 , one rear and front . You could jack up the car and check for cracks , try spraying graphite between the spring and bushing ,WD40 will eat up the rubber. You could replace the bushings , if you go with polygraphite bushings you could introduce a sqeeking promblems and noisier ride , since they are harder than the stock rubber . I would do new shocks at the same time .
Thanks ,
Joe

Joe,
