Folks, this is happening the first time on my 95 Vette. Right side low beam of my headlights not working although there is no problem with the high beam (left side is all okay low and high).

What do I do??? Is it necessary only to change the bulb or the lamp as well? I know this is a simple question but I just do not know. Help please.

Thx dude. I hope it is not a sealed unit and changing the bulb is sufficient. Is it one bulb with both low and high beams, or is it two separate bulbs???

Headlight bulbs

Actually the sealed "Dual beam" units cost less than the replacable bulbs in the US. The 'Halogen' type dual beams sell for a little more than the standard sealed beam (dual focus/intensity) but even so cost less than the replacable bulbs. My '95 has "Dual Beam" units and they are available in the US for about $12 (halogen).
It's really common for either the 'high' or 'low' beam to go out in a 'sealed beam' while the other remains functional.
Hope this helps.

Before blowing the dough on new lights check the connector/socket. I had a similar problem but it was my high beam that didn't work.

The connector has three wires running in/out. Sorry, I wish I had pictures to show you. If one is broken you lose either high/low. A new socket is super cheap.

Thanks for the advice Iron Mike, I think I know where that socket is. It is above the plastic housing of the side marker lights I think. I tried to manually push and pull the socket and low beam is still off. Hmmm, I will have to take it to a shop I guess.

The socket is the one that plugs directly into the back of the light (standard three prong type) Get access (4 small torx bolts) and just un-plug it and look for a broken wire. If nothing looks broken; the replacement headlight you'll need is #6054 (I recommend Sylvania). And I'd replace both while your at it.

Now that I think about it, I think you CAN access the socket without taking anything apart. It's been awhile.:) Either way just locate the wires that run toward the back of the headlamp; it'll make sense once you see them.

The headlight "bulbs" on my '89 are sealed units; in my case, 6054's. Which is really cool, 'cause the lights on my '93 :cool Toyota Pickup :cool are also 6054's. Very popular.

My local Kragens Auto Parts has no less than 5 levels of this bulb, from $10 to $25 each side.

This would probably be a good chance for you to upgrade your headlights...

-Just saw that you're in Turkey! Here's a link, at least it's good for the information...

The SilverStars are a great upgrade, in my opinion.
