Shoulder Belt Harness Connector Noises

Something driving me crazy is a popping noise that comes from behind my left ear at the shoulder belt connection point on my 1996 Collector Edition Coupe. This noise happens about everytime I hit a bump or turn a corner. I have tried reaching back and grabbing hold of it and I can lessen the noise some. Any ideas from anybody who has been deviled by the same kind of noise?

Mine rattles and squeaks so much that I would never hear something like that! :L

I have about come to the conclusion that the noise I am hearing is from my targa top being tightened and affecting the plastic liner between it and the seat belt harness. I am going to try to slightly untighten the top and see if that takes the added pressure off of the plastic liner and eliminates or minimizes the noise. Will post my experience with this change here soon.
