Has anyone put side pipes on a C5? Can you? I think it would look pretty pretty pretty wicked! lol :ohnoes

I'd have to see it done to really know, but it's a mix of "old school" vs "new school" and may not come off quite right.

Not that I don't like sidepipes. ;)

It would be very difficult to pull it off I would think.
That would be my guess!! They set too Low,unless you'd want cut 2 1/2 - 3 inch holes in your frame and compromise it's integrity!!! A C5 is a whole different animal than the old school full framed cars!! Besides if I'm going to burn my leg on a exhaust pipe,it will be a Chrome Bumpered Shark or a Mid-Year!!!:upthumbs ;LOL:D:D:D

Saw pic the other day of one. Sorry. Know not where. Maybe on that other site. CF.
Maybe someone has it their memory bank of pics. But it has been done. 99.9 % of replies boo'd it.

The cats would limit the use of side pipes. Exhaust would have to run back, then through the cats, then make a u-turn to come back up front to connect with any side pipe. There was a company awhile back that did that but don't think they were too successful.
