Here is a link to colored silicone vacuum hoses.

All of the rubber vacuum hoses in my engine compartment look old and tired. I'm pretty sure I could just clean them, but after repacing all of the dry rotted rubber under my car I'm not to fond of rubber. I also don't think I could get them as glossy as the black silicone hose. I also think it would be cheaper to get new silicone hoses as opposed to a repro kit.

Does anyone have any experience with silicone hoses?

If I was 16 again I would get the fluorescent hoses and a black light for under the hood!

I bought the kit out of Ecklers for like $69 and it had all the correct sizes and fittings along with the white lines that run up the length of the hose just like stock and I believe that those "stock" rubber will last jsut as long....like maybe another 30 years......Although I do admit that those superred hoses would look sweet under my hood...
