All of the rubber vacuum hoses in my engine compartment look old and tired. I'm pretty sure I could just clean them, but after repacing all of the dry rotted rubber under my car I'm not to fond of rubber. I also don't think I could get them as glossy as the black silicone hose. I also think it would be cheaper to get new silicone hoses as opposed to a repro kit.
Does anyone have any experience with silicone hoses?
If I was 16 again I would get the fluorescent hoses and a black light for under the hood!
