SLP Header Question

I was looking at the SLP headers part# 30056, Has anyone else installed thse headers? Do they realy give you a noticable H.P. gain and 1/4 mile gain. Its a good price at $399.95

If those are shorty headers, you will only gain the frustration of installing them. vettn94 on this forum have a set of shorties and gained nothing. you would be better off with long tubes, but then you run into problem fitting catalytics, if you intend to keep them.

Don't waste your time or money. If you don't have emissions testing get long tubes, you'll have to ditch the cats. Shorties are worthless, there is no
gain period. Good deal or not you're better off with the stock manifolds IMO.

if you decide to get long tube headers (like hooker 2149/2151) you can install the cats behind the header collector.
