Here in Tennessee, the price today at the pumps was $1.77 for high test. The weather broke for a few hours and I got the Vette out of the garage and went and topped it off at the pumps. The gas prices seem to be going up every week.

So How Much is the GAS in your part of the Country..??

For the first time in years. I saw the price of gas at select Mobil stations over $2.00 per gallon for premium!

Here in San Jose the cheap stations are $1.97/$2.07/$2.17 for 87/89/91 octane.

Closer to SF you can add 10-20 cents per gallon.

Up here for 93 octane it is just about a $1 a litre, which is way to high for gas if you ask me.

Every time I fill up, I can here my father ... "The price of a good time has always been high."

Now that I have the Vett and the increased milage over the BB el Camino I dont feel as bad about it...

Cheapest gas in ORANGE COUNTY CA (DISNEYLAND) is $2.05 for 87. It kills me to drive the VETTE, but a 01 MALAGUTI scooter with a 50cc motor and around 100 MPG sure helps.

Paid 2.51 here in San Diego yesterday at a 76 in Jamule. COCSD had a run out to Barrett Junction Sunday, couldn't miss that. So I had to do it. About 30 vetts in the run, gas prices were a big topic at lunch.
