Spark plug shielding ?????

Well the tripowers are back on,but while replacing distributor cap I found all my sparkplug shield grounding ends are just stuffed under the chrome cover not connected to anything.Can someone tell or show me where all 8 straps connect to.

There's a little "shelf" on each side that has a threaded stud on it; the ring terminals on the braid ends go over that stud, and a nut secures them.

Thank you very much for the diagram, I was starting to wonder if i had a really stupid question. I'll have to look for that stud when I'm swapping out my coil.
