Has anyone installed wire looms above the stock rams?? If so how? I've been trying to find a spacer but no luck...If not I will have to run the wires from the bottom up..

Yes I have.
You can get creative with this, and have some fun with it.
There are some really nice loom kits on the market now. They attach to the valve cover bolts and give you many options on running the wires. You will loop them out, and back in to the loom to clear the ram horn.
I had ram horns on my V8 Fiero, and ran them over the top with no problems after I fabricated a quick bracket to hold the loom to the valve cover bolt.

Are there any issues with hood clearance? I was looking at this, too, for a nicer look. But some of the plates that I've seen pictures of, look like they stick up pretty high.

Which looms the aluminum or the plastic? I like the Billet Aluminum. Looking for a chrome or stainless threaded stud that would have a flange on to tighten the valve cover and also accomodate the wire loom.

Of course, it would also be possible to literally just use studs. Slide the valve cover over the studs, then the loom on top of the valve cover, then the nut to hold it all at once.
But a stud with a flange would be nicer
I guess I could make looms, actually. It's just cutting the profile, drilling a few holes, and making one bend. Not a major piece of work. On the other hand, I don't have the chemicals to anodize aluminum, so if I wanted color, I'd have to go with pre-made units.
