Question: Speedo Gear replacement. . .

Does anyone know if someone makes a replasement speedo gear (for a Muncie 4-speed trans) for a NON-stock tire size?

I have P235/60R15 tires on my 1970 vette, and I would like to correct the speedo reading. . .and not roll up my odometer as fast as I am right now.
