Spotted: Instrumented C7 Test Mule on a Transporter in Oklahoma

An LSXTV reader spotted this camo'd, instrumented C7 Test Mule on the back of a car carrier just outside Oklahoma City.

What do you think? C7 ZR1 or Grand Sport maybe?

Could be just a C7 test mule from a proving ground, possibly Yuma on the way back to MI to be decommissioned and destroyed.
