My 1989 is automatic. When I hit the gas hard and the car shifts from 1st to second I can hear a whistle or squeak that last for about a second. It will happen from 1st to second or second to third at high rpm. You dont hear it at normal driving paces. Any ideas, I know the tensioner is weak and replacing it but I'm not sure if that is what it is. Any Ideas? Thanks ahead of time.
