Took my 86 to the strip last night for one of our local test-n-tunes (Mad Mic was there, as was Sothpaw and another black 93 whose name escapes me). Thought I did decently for such an old car (134k miles old, 14.51 1/4 mi @ 96 mph with a sucky reaction time. A good baseline time.). However, after two of the six runs, as I was making a hard left onto the runback, the car up and died. Restarted immediately with the clutch in neutral, but that was still disturbing. Vacuum leak? Fuel pump? The filter is new, plugs and wires are new, distributor is clean, chip is stock. Any ideas?
Thanks...
