Hey all, I need some advice. Anybody out there change out a starter on a '96 LT1? I looked under mine and it appears that the exhaust piece from the manifold to the cat converter needs to come off. Also, Chiltons said something about a sealant at the front of the starter after re-installation. Any help would be appreciated.
