Help! Steering: Hard & "Jerky"??

'94 LT1. Turning difficult and "jerky" at start-up in AM until car has completely warmed up. Also, whinning noise at intial start-up for a few seconds then goes away. Belt recently replaced. Fluid cyphened and
replaced. HELP!

Sounds like 'morning sickness'. I think GMJunkie recommends using Lucas power steering conditioner(?) Jesse are you out there?

Agreed !
The Lucas product cured my "morning sickness" almost instantly. I need a new R&P now, but the $8 bottle of Lucas gave this one an extra 10 yrs of life.
