Steering Tag Number

Can anybody help me on exactly what my steering tag # indicates.I know it was built at the ST.LOUIS plant on or about 25 Oct 1960.What number car was it to leave/ be built that day, and the overall car number built that year for GM's quota production. #10867S102014.

Neither one of these sites did anything for my car. It says my 62 'vette was built on December 13, 1962. Must have been a "late bloomer"!
