The Vette Brakes alignment specs for "Daily Driver" on the linked page are not exactly the same as stock but are very close. I use the "Advanced Street" specs on my 87 autocross car and I have not seen any problems for street use.
The car runs 275/40-17 tires (Kumho MX's) and there is no indication of abnormal tire wear. Initial turn-in is much easier and the car is actually easier to drive than before the alignment.
Make sure the front and rear suspension components are in good condition. Loose ball joints and tie rod ends won't help at alignment time. Also make sure the car is at the correct trim weight. Tires should be at the factory recommended pressures, full tank of fuel, and if the shop can do it, place something in the driver's seat that is equal to your body weight.
