Subfixer's Garage Update 9/1

The garage is all sheathed now! The wife finished the roof peak yesterday (I don't like heights!). Going out of town on business this week so my wife and I will get a little well deserved break.

p.s. Anyone want to get together in Orlando this week? I'll be there tonite until Friday 9/5.

Wow, SubFixer, those pics are great! I feel like I'm watching an episode of "This Old House" as I look through your updates. In fact, I think Bob Vila toured a garage under construction this past year- he should have done yours!

Episodes of "This Old House" are what taught me how to do all this. Surprising how much one can learn watching TV.

Actually, I should correct my first post- Bob Vila hosts "Home Again" on TLC. The garage he did was for a New England home. I remember that in one of the final episodes on that, he had a boat in the garage, and put a for sale sign on it (something he claimed New England boat owners do every fall.)

My own garage at my new place is only a one car affair, but it beats what I have now.
