Aight... i probably posted this is the wrong forum before but heres another shot at it....and clearly my intention of the car
right now I currently drive 1999 Camaro SS. Next fall I will be going down to Houston to go to SAM racing. Where they have Camaro SS LS1 that goes roughly 9.6x in the quarter mile naturally aspirated. My plans when I get down there are to build a 43x CID re-sleeved LS1. But I will be just another high CID Camaro SS down there. I was looking for something unique down there and a different challenge to give them. I could buy a 1997 C5 and put a high CID engine in it... and either go with a High Compression nitrous engine -or- a Low compression Supercharged engine. With the C5 having a totally different suspension & drivetrain than the Camaro. Will it be able to hold 800+ horespower and put it to the ground pretty good? What would I have to all beef up to handle the power and put it to the ground that would be hard to break parts? Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
