switching from fuel injection to carburator

I have an 84 with 120000 miles on it. I was thinking switching to carburator. Does any one know exactly what kind of set up I should get? What kind of head and carburator will fit on the 84 engine. I live in Hawaii so I am not too concern about any emissions inspections. Thank you for any input that I can get.

why not go from yout old style thortle body injection to tune port injection. theres always complete units on eBay and some with the computer too.
